Noodles And Company

Lobby was dark and no lights. No one greeted us when we came in. Most of the chairs were upside down on the table. Are you open for business or trying to keep people out? No open sign in the window. Entered at 8:50pm on August 5th. Not impressed. Thislocation will be closed soon if this continues.

I was very disappointed going to this noodles. I personally work at a noodles and company in another state. unfortunately the person at the register didn?t know how to split the check as that is part of basic training. they also didn?t know how to givean employee discount. Then after we got the food i come to find out that my BUTTERED NOODLE doesn?t even have butter orseasoning. My friend got the tortalini and it was not cooked all the way through and was very hard. this is absolutelyrediculous, i have never had such poor service

Have liked everything I've tried. Over priced but ALL restaurants selling noodles are. Korean BBQ meatball are my favorite. Staff have always been friendly, helpful and fast.

The food here has been inconsistent for several years. We've been going since the beginning and order the same thing 90% of the time and it's never the same. Sometimes it's great, sometimes not so much. Today we got our usual Pad Thai and I immediatelynoticed there was way too much sauce and literally one bite of egg. But the last time we ordered it was awesome. Definitely hitor miss and probably won't be ordering for awhile.
