The appetizers and entrees are cooked at perfection, delicate, juicy and spicy level to our personal choice. Service is friendly and helpful. The owner comes from the kitchen to check and make sure we enjoyed everything. When was the last time you had an interaction with the owner of a facility? If you like Indian food, this is the place for you. This is the Cross Culture Restaurant in Holicong NOT Doylestown.
I enjoy the Indian food served here. Whether eating in or taking home, the food is consistently good. I love how this restaurant smells very fragrant!
The sign outside says authentic Indian cuisine , but it is partially so. Among the dishes we ordered, Veg jalfrezi was the worst, with totally alien vegetables to the dish like broccoli and corn. Even the spices used were not truly authentic or tasty. Mango Lassi was tooo sweet killing the optimal flavor from yogurt. On the other end of the spectrum, chili garlic nan was the best. Ambience was good and service was cordial.
We love their tandoori chicken and chicken tikka masala!! They go out of their way to make sure your order is fresh, hot and on time for pick up. The staff is always friendly and professional. Please support local family owned business
I'm sad to say that I've given this place a couple of times a second chance, and it's just not very good. I can only accept people who don't know good Indian food. No attempt ever made to create a beautiful ambience or atmosphere (lights are full, no music), the bathroom is disgusting dirty (I wonder how the kitchen is when the public bathroom is dirty) and the food is fine. The lamb is playful, chicken tikka masala was dry and overcooked and dessert was even offered. Much better food offered in the Best Taste Of India in Doylestown, and to be honest in most other Indian restaurants.
