Usually come to this Dunkin’ due to good quality coffee and food and pleasant staff. My husband and I went through drive through at 8am on 7/6. We ordered 2 blueberry iced coffees w/ cream/sugar. Once we got to the window JoJo waited on us and my husband asked for more ice in our coffee. There was barely any ice in them and they felt warm. My husband asked for a small cup of ice. JoJo rudely said “it’s gonna be a dollar. My husband said “for ice? I have none in my coffee.” JoJo then said “did you request that at the speaker?” My husband said “no, I should not have to I ordered an ice coffee” my husband then asked JoJo to remake the coffees. JoJo sighed extremely loud and rolled her eyes and rudely grabbed the coffees out of my husbands hands. I will never be back at this Dunkin’. I am so disappointed how we were treated by JoJo. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant. We should not have to start our morning with a disrespectful person. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1
Recently renovated, the interior looks fantastic. The staff is attentive and welcoming to customers. It's a significant improvement over the Randolph locations.
My mom owns this restaurant, and I can assure you that any rude behavior or stealing will not be tolerated. She takes her business seriously and will stand up for it!
The bathroom is absolutely filthy. It's obvious that it doesn't get cleaned daily, as I use it almost every day and wish I didn't have to. Unfortunately, it's the only one available along my route. The state of the bathroom is disgusting, and there are often no soap dispensers. It's nearly impossible to get the attention of any staff member to report these issues. I can't fathom that they would want to use this facility themselves. If they neglect to maintain the public areas, just think about how poorly kept the behind-the-scenes areas must be—areas that we can't see.
