When we finally approached an older woman with short black hair, glasses, and bangs, she completely ignored us even though we were standing right next to her. I tried to engage her in conversation, but she still wouldn’t acknowledge us until I started to repeatedly ask her about the process for getting a temporary Costco card. She dismissively said that we didn’t need to talk to her, claiming that there was no member services involved, while I explained that the young lady had directed us to this line. She informed me that we were indeed in the right place before rolling her eyes at me. I was shocked by her condescending attitude; it felt as if she thought we were stupid. We’ve always loved Costco and have never had a bad experience with staff until today. After thanking her, we moved to the correct line. While we waited, I heard her discussing her frustrations with her job with her male colleagues—complaining about what she had to do. As a customer, I really didn’t want to hear about her dissatisfaction; that should be kept private, not aired for everyone to hear. Overall, while the Costco itself is great, that particular employee really left a bad impression on me. I feel that someone who doesn’t want to help customers should not be working in a service role. When we finally left and checked out, I tried to avoid interacting with her, but we still had to go through her line and she just waved us off. It makes me wonder about the level of security and care they have if employees like that are part of the team.
This costco is really busy in the rule. to hit the masses, they have to get there at 9 o'clock. They usually have good camps, but it changes, so if they get used to something. they may not have it next time. but I don't think this is specific at this point, I think that is a business thing. the workers are really friendly and helpful.
I was highly impressed by how organized and clean this store was. The aisles were adequately stocked and had incredible electronic deals for the holidays. The bakery is fantastic! Especially in the morning when bread and cakes are being baked. I also happened to select this location for my vaccination, and the folks inside the pharmacy were true professionals who put my mind at ease. Overall a great experience, and I highly recommend visiting this establishment. If not a member, join and save! Enjoy!
