Cute branding and nice staff, that’s where it ends. $17 whitebait fritter was abysmal. Fishburger was average with a paltry piece of fish. Should have read the reviews, so over priced, wouldn’t have thought Hokitika would sustain a tourist trap. Reasonably good fish and Chip shop.Price of the fish and chips seemed about right for the west coast.However the portions of fish were small.chip quantity were small for a scoop.But in saying that,there would be no risk of developing a weight problem. I like seeing reasonably good value for money.But l left the shop,feeling like i had a bit of a hair cut. Food: 3
