I thought the night market would have a lot of food stands, but I was wrong, I stumbled over this place by chance and was so happy to see the menu! The lady was so beautiful and understood the concept of vegan what was great! The part of cao lao was great and you can get the steamed version for 25k!! It comes without fish sauce and with tofu and mushrooms instead of the meat- beautiful meal! We thought it was small, so we also have something tofu in tomato sauce, which on a huge plate and with a side of rice too, for 40k! Basically, much too much food, but we could not be happier with the experience, would give 5 stars if I could! Very recommended!

At the food stall, there are different tables with different owners. We went to Miss Lien who offers a wide range of typical Vietnamese or Hoi An Food and veganizes it. So you can try the typical White Roses or Cao Lau. She is really lovely and explains exactly which dish is vegetarian and which is not so you never get confused. The food stall is a very basic but authentic Vietnamese place to get good, affordable food. PS we were too hungry, so we just took a picture of the white roses.
