Bale Well - Hoi An

I showed the waitress a map explaining Celiac in Vietnam. She was so understanding and said everything in the set Menu was gluten-free (feder rolls, rice pancakes, rice paper, all of it). It was so good and I would definitely go back! She told me that everything was made with rice flour (in “Fancier” restaurants nearby was not the case). Editing: from all places we ate in Vietnam, this was my favorite hands below. I tried to find similar places in other places and couldn't. I wish I could go to this place in Hoi An!

Edit: of all the places we ate in Vietnam, this was hands down my favorite. I tried to find similar places at other locations and couldn’t. I wish I was still in Hoi An to go to this place!
