Mcdonald's - Hoffman Estates

Although it is a fast food restaurant, employees make it a great experience. I went through the ride and (I can't remember their names for the life of me) they made my day honest. Super friendly and ready to make intuitive conversations when you wait for the food. Give everyone here an increase, best customer service that I get at a fast food drive

First the staff was great! They were very friendly and helped to give detailed suggestions. Very well organized and accessible restaurant. Has a modern feeling and plenty of space to sit and eat comfortably. They offer generous meals and at affordable prices. We enjoyed the menu very much. We tried the fries, and they were delicious! Unbelievable selection of sandwiches! Very recommended to look at the menu and select which sandwich is out. Food is fresh and tasteful. It is clean and appears well maintained. Will definitely return
