Baskin-robbins - Hoffman Estates

We had a wonderful experience here. We stopped by for some ice cream, and the kids were eager to sample a variety of flavors. The staff member was incredibly accommodating and patient. The place was clean, well-kept, and inviting. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

I just wanted some ice cream for my birthday, but they said their coolers were being cleaned—at 6:00 PM? And what about all the other customers? It seems like they don't really want my business. I've had issues every time I've visited this place.

I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant and had a great experience. I decided to try the "World's Best Chocolate Ice Cream," which didn't disappoint. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is conveniently situated on Golf Road near Higgins. Overall, it was a delightful outing!
