Baskin-robbins - Hoffman Estates

I just wanted to have a birthday ice cream, but they said their ice cream machine would be cleaned around 6 pm if there are a lot of customers. It seems like they don't really want my business. It always seems to be an issue whenever I come here.

My daughter and I arrived at 10:20 today. The two employees did not greet us and appeared indifferent to our presence. The waitress checked me off before I had a chance to order and even tried to rush us out without allowing us to place our order. She then proceeded to sit down and look at her phone. I decided to take my daughter to another restaurant where we felt more welcome.

I decided to take my daughter to another restaurant that provides better service.

The service was not very good and the type didn't let me whip

Went there for my birthday free scoop. But the cashier scanned my email coupon and told me it didn't work. I didn't get it. It's very disappointed. I don't what's going on. Clear Baskin Robbins sent me this birthday treat, but this store didn't allow me to use it. ☹️
