We have known the place for around twenty years, or a little more... since the beginning I think and we have followed with great pleasure, over time, the metamorphosis of the establishment which nevertheless always remains in the same spirit while constantly improving, even growing... The atmosphere and quality were already at the RV at the time, but the owner never stopped renovating and trying to improve while others stuck to their achievements in the neighborhood, often ending up in decline. .. The O'Malley remains democratic, despite its excellent cuisine and its always top-notch service under the watchful eye of the owner, not to mention the cleanliness of the establishment which is not to be disdained. For us, it is really a reference to Huy, both in summer on the terrace and at the brasserie level on the ground floor or the restaurant upstairs. I discovered this restaurant on a birthday. Since then, I have been there regularly with my family and have never been disappointed. service is impeccable, very professional. the waiting time is quite normal or fast depending on the affluence. wide choice of spirits and beers they even have orval) as well as main dishes, especially at the meat level. The kitchen is of good quality, I know their supplier that is one of the best in the region of Liège. the dishes are rich with cooking and beautiful little salad in accompaniment, well seasoned. this restaurant is quite noisy given its success but it cannot really be considered a defect. small flat concerning the light on the floor that is not vivid enough to my taste.
