Dunkin' - Hoboken

If I could give 0 stars I would . These people have no manors , no respect , they literally act like the customer needs them ! Some of the worst customer service Iv ever experienced. Throw the entire staff out ????

The guy behind the counter with the receding hairline charged me a dollar for tap water. Moments before that he says the faucet wasn?t working. In 15 years I?ve never paid for tap water at Dunkin? Donuts. Very cheap

I specifically asked for less ice in my order, but my drink came filled with ice instead. It was very disappointing.

I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. I asked for coffee with Equal, and they added regular sugar instead. It's really frustrating! This place seems very unreliable for any kind of order. If they can’t handle something so simple, I can’t imagine how they would manage more complicated drinks or meals.

The owner and staff lack friendliness and don't smile, which makes it hard to feel welcome. They seem overly serious, as if they're working on something intense. Remember, you're just making coffee! A smile and a friendly demeanor would go a long way! P.S. I'm considering buying my own coffee machine so I don't need to come back. Peace.
