Mcalister's Deli - Hobbs

Mcalister's is a fantastic sandwich shop that offers excellent side dishes. I'm a big fan of their sweet tea and the mac and cheese!

Great customer service and great food during our visit to McAlister?s Deli in Hobbs. Everything was fresh and employees were so full of energy, the control over all customers constantly. Great surroundings and loved the new Banana Butterscotch cake!

As I have always said, the service can make or break a restaurant of any kind. Today was particularly bad...a full 12 minutes for a half sandwich and salad. It wasn't even close to being busy.. I finally went to the counter and there it was... Juuuuuusssttt, who was sitting there. I'm still at the counter and was completely ignored. Workers saw my food sitting there. Nobody even tried. It was not that I could ask someone if the order was 19 that I finally got it..not happy with McAllisters..

We stopped by for lunch and were served by friendly staff. Our food was prepared quickly, and everything was delicious. The bacon on my sandwich was wonderfully crispy. We would definitely come back to this place again.

Should you call ahead? Go in person? Use DoorDash? It won't make a difference because you're likely to face a long wait, poor quality, missing items, and rude employees. If you're fortunate, you might only experience one or two of these issues during your visit. This is by far the worst McAlister's I've ever been to.
