Arby's - Hobbs

Arby's! They have the meats! I absolutely love getting their double beef and cheddar! It's so loaded with meat you can hardly even eat it! I'm not just a big fan of a lot of what they have to offer besides sandwiches but it's not bad. This Arby's hasdefinitely worked to improve their facility. Way better than what it used to be. If you're hungry ans need some meat, stop atArby's and get a double beef and cheddar sandwich!

I ordered regular fries but received curly fries instead. I also requested a double roast beef sandwich without cheese, but when I opened it at home, I found cheese on it.

Came at 9:40 and they close at 10 which is understandable but for them not to answer the speaker or phone, or tell us out the window is rude and I understand wanting to close 20 minutes early but dont be rude about it three people saw us when we weresitting at the speaker to order and not one said anything and when they saw us looked they hid. Un professional and rude.

We've visited this location several times without any issues, but our experience yesterday was extremely disappointing. We waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru before receiving our order, and what we got was unacceptable. One of the sandwiches was just a bun with a few tiny pieces of meat—I'm not exaggerating. The overcooked chicken looked like it had been pulled from a trash can and tossed into a greasy box. The manager should be held accountable; she refused to acknowledge how terrible the situation was. The staff had smug attitudes, and we didn’t receive a single apology. We reported the incident, as this was by far the worst experience we've ever had at Arby's. We will not be returning to this location. We obtained a refund and left.

The staff should be trained to avoid handing out excessive amounts of Arby's Sauce and Horsey Sauce. I received 5 packets of Horsey Sauce and 7 packets of Arby's Sauce with just one roast beef sandwich.
