The Whaler - Hobart

A lobster role did not seem to be found in hobart until we stumbled on this jewel. it was delicious and hit the square. the personal was super friendly. large cocktails and beer available and fun vibe, enjoyed and recommend this place.

For a pub this was great, lobster role was great and parma with engraving on the side was really good. the pork were stacked with meat. sure there are better tacos to make some, but these were better than many of some Mexican restaurants that I was,

A great little pub on the water. we rolled up at 10:30 a.m. on a Tuesday night and the staff was more than happy to serve us. good selection of beer on hahn and a few others in the cabinets. beautiful seats in the open.

Our first stop at the arrival in hobart. could not pass by the lobster roll! enjoy afternoon drinks and snacks and was back in the following night for drinks after dinner. a visit worth the staff are friendly and weep at the point!

Lovely pub that has been partially restored from its original decor, but also modernised. There is a great range of craft beers both on tap and available in the fridges, plus standard beers, wines, and spirits. Real fireplace on the inside to keep you warm plus numerous heaters outside. A must attend if you want a great drink and feed in a nice location.
