Taj Palace - Hobart

I just had a great meal here. “Pizza” naan for entree followed by Hyderabadi wiper with rice and garlic naan... Absolutely delicious and hugely served, I take most of them home.

Best food ever! The BUGEST portions ever! Unfortunately, people hate when they are not true. You should go there and see how in truth the hatred comments are!

We have been enjoying food from the Taj Palace for over 7 years and looking at the usual delays in picking up and meals mildly when ordered medium, etc... This last time, however, was just frustrating: food was ready 50 minutes later than...confirmed, a dish was wrong, other dishes chew and the price went about almost 30% in a few months. Unless Taj Palace decides to return to better food and services, we need to look for another popular Indian restaurant.

I have eaten quite rarely at Taj Palace, but in the last 20 years. In my opinion, this restaurant was the benchmark for Indian food in Hobart, but how things have changed. Our kidnapping tonight wasn't good. The Malai Kofta, tasteless,... The Seekh Skandri obviously cooked hard and dry some time ago. Unfortunately, the good old days are gone and there are now many better options in Hobart.

Just arrived and used the airport shuttle. Steve the driver helped us with the tickets and then kindly dropped us outside our savoy apartments because we had our elderly mum. The staff in the Savoy so pleasant and helpful Would recommend the quest Savoy beautiful...apartments .Loving the kindness of the Tasmanians. What has happened to Melbourne?
