Henry's Restaurant - Hobart

The only reason IXL Long Bar doesn't get five stars from me is because of its all-too-brief opening hours.

Another highlight from my trip to Hobart, Tasmania The IXL Long Bar, part of the Henry Jones Art Hotel.

Very cosy bar and a friendly atmosphere is quiet friendly. Good selection of beers wine and spirits. Expensive. No Guinness which was major disappointment.

Special dinner for the Missus birthday last night in Henry's and for an occasion night this place is now my new number one From the ambience and the food, the service and wine list were outstanding the three-hour hours in Henry's, the evening began with roasted gnocchi and Octopus (yum) and attracted himself to the marketfish of the day (blue eye) without error free, we are ready With Macchiatos and Black Forest Cake (Henry's Version), again place. With free micro appetizers and palate cleaners, the amount of food and tempo of the service was perfect, The drink list is extensive and includes some very nice benters The service was friendly and professional and in the location of the standard of Henry's Will definitely return

Amazing food, creative menu, great presentation. Very cold and unrestricted service despite not so busy restaurant on Monday evening. Nobody really related to the table after completing the main course, the dessert was not even offered.
