Beautiful caffe with a beautiful, casual and unpredictable atmosphere. air conditioning. they can bring their laptop and work here or hang with a friend, it is a nice place to be. enjoy a coffee or sone juice or go to a meal your vegan / vegetarian vietnamese is delicious. as vegetarian, I definitely miss some Vietnamese classics like bun bo hue and their have not disappointed, I greet it to type this now! bánh Mì bi chay is also delicious, the brot is good! they speak English and the menu is also in English with many pictures.
I can stay here all day. it is a vegetarian caffe, but very vegan friendly. there are vegetable milk options for coffee and most of the menu is vegan. I never had a bad dish or drink here, and since I visited the last few years, they have improved their menu and expanded their room. the place is actually a multi-use room and includes a small clothing store and accommodation and some other things. also here there are frequent events, and the place is always busy. it is a good caffe to hang with friends, read or work on a laptop, as there are various seating options from bolster bags to high tables. it is a very hidden location. I fixed the card marker in the list. it lies directly at the intersection between hem 189 cong quynh and hem 212b nguyen trai. close to the c z z zwitschn quënh traffic circle and thái Bình market updated by previous review on 2022-05-01
I had the vegan Banh mi and was very happy. You also have a vegan version of the famous Vietnam coffee! 10/10 and highly recommended
It is a shame that we found this place just a few days before leaving HCMC, because fortunately we had spent a lot more time here. The spacious layout and the relaxed atmosphere provide a large co-working room, with a large, bright upper floor, many desks and some sofas. The ground floor is laboriously illuminated and cozy, with a series of tables, sofas and floor seating, decorated with scattered pillows, plants and a hammock in the corner. As for food –ow! A mix of traditional Vietnamese and Western dishes and creative fusions of the two, as well as a series of desserts offered in cooperation with local bakeries. We tried Rawberry's tiny but tasty chocolate covered ice cream and a stunning sourdough banana bread from Sharon Artisan Bakery. The banana bread was so good that we bought a whole bread and ate half of it on site! They offer several versions of pho. We almost all tried, and there were some of the best we had in Vietnam. We also tried a few different Banh mi with their drink combo deal, which were all very delicious. The lemongrass and Calamansi tea was fragrant and refreshing and the level of sweetness was on place. The coconut caramel coffee was made like a dessert in a glass, with creamy, frozen coconut milk and covered with syrup. I usually do not drink coffee, but could still not resist sharing one of them; a perfect companion to this banana bread. Our favorite dish must be her big bite, a spin on the traditional Banh mi, filled with rocket, red onion, fresh and sunk tomatoes, an incredible homemade Cashew cheese, and with a balsamic glaze – all the delicious antipasto aromas we missed. We loved this sandwich so much we went back on our last day before we went to the airport and bought a few to take away! This place would definitely earn 5 stars if it was vegan, and I don't understand why it's not. Most of their menus are already plant-based and have fantastic milk alternatives. I am sure that many vegans miss this place because they only filter vegan options, which has almost happened to us! They seem to profess an ethos of sustainability and ethics, which is only useful when animal products are taken from the menu. Then the Joi Factory could live up to its name and be truly happy! UPDATE, May 2023: A somewhat disappointing revisit. Banana Bread more expensive and was served stale Dry, bland babka Way to hot to work Ordered 2 Big Bite takeaway but just get 1 updated by previous review on 2023 06 06
