Eating is not very good, but there are not many places in Ho Chi Minh City, where they can enjoy a first class atmosphere at such a reasonable price, so I think it is a good place to visit once in a dae. the interieur is beautiful as it is famous in a hotel to spend money for furniture. there are some sorts of dressed, and the cursor menu was exactly the same as two months ago, so I think it is better to change it little by little.

Beautiful drinks, very professional bartender, nice and helpful service, gorgeous view in and out, super quiet with some live piano, clean and shiny. the menu is diverse and some drinks are very customizable on their taste. snacks are legendary. everything comes with top notch presentation, from glasses and bowls to garnish.

Literal, the best. restaurant. in saigon. there is really no comparison to the quality of cafe cardinal. quality in every look the decor, the eating, the atmosphere. if they plan a really nice, upscale dinner in saigon, choose this place without a second thought. I had dinner all the time. included in the price is a selection of many cheese, dried meat/cold cuts and desserts, all are great. P.S. if you have really woken your date, take it here! make sure to get a reservation and wear it their most beautiful clothes first.
