Brama - Hlukhiv

Nice hotel in Gluhove. The room is clean, there's hot water, shampoo, soap and kettle. Unfortunately, the map cannot be calculated. The restaurant's closed. The contiguous area is heavily charged to a new year's holiday... But the illumination was very bright and it was hard to sleep and sleep. Maybe we should turn it off after 22. There's a store near where you can buy a minimum set of products. There's a building in front of the hotel with very interesting mosaics, and look at it.

Ordered a number an hour before the settlement, agreed that the car would sleep in the closed courtyard of the hotel, under the windows of my room, a dream for one more than enough, in the heat room, the air conditioner did not have to act on the heating even though it was. The floor of the suite is as pleased as possible, excellent, I recommend.

Rooms are basic, but clean and spatious. My room had also masage shower. Internet is free and quite fast. Food in the restaurant is very good and the staff is really kind and ready to help you, however communication in English is very limited.

Was very dissapointed after visiting this restaurant. The ambiance is pleasant but the service is very poor. If you decide to dine at Brama I do recommend to check your bill/receipt because 99, 9% times the servers diddle you! I never expected to be fooled at the restaurant so openly. They have some swindle excuses to come out clean even when caught on cheating their guests. The menu prices are average but be aware of the fact that at the end of the night the menu prices will differ from the ones in your bill. I 've noticed that there is no wine on the list with the price I have received in the bill.I asked the waitress to show me the bottle of wine that I 've been drinking from the list but she could not find one that fits my receipt price... After consulting each other for like 15 min. the staff at Brama found the solution the prices have changed recently. The waiters should inform their guest about any changes in the menu at the beginning of the service so the visitors does feel tricked. Many people told me that they have been experiencing the same awkward situations at Brama even while having their weddings or anniversaries celebrations arranged there... Unacceptable!
