Franska Skafferiet - Hisings Backa

Really enjoyed my meal. We started with the carpaccio which was especially good and I had the Anka a l'orange. My husband had the seafood risotto but he didn't think it was warm enough. Parts of it were warmer than others. So he was a bit disappointed. I did enjoy mine however. And we both enjoyed our desserts. I had the creme brule and he had the house special- profiteroles. I would definitely recommend eating here because it did make me forget I was in Sweden. I would like to try some of their other tasty dishes and the crepes. Thanks for an enjoyable dinner.

Very nice and friendly staff. had a delicious galette with a beer. the coffee was also great. the journey worth it!
