Fujiya - Hiroshima

Extraordinary!! We loved this restaurant, they served a delicious menu, nice red wine and the staff were super nice and friendly! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience! Small, 8-seat place with two tables in the back. Best meal we have had over our three-week trip. The decor is simple but very pleasing. The fixed priced set meal (they ask if there is anything you don’t like) was amazing, with things we have never had before and perfect seasonings. They were so attentive with the service we felt spoiled and knew enough English to explain what we were eating. The menu was available in English which was nice. But mostly we sat back and experienced the wonderful food.

We trusted the reviews and they are absolutely true. The best food we had so far in Japan on our three week trip and we had expensive dinners so far. It is a set menu only under ¥6000 per person and absolutely amazing food. The cod was the best I had eaten in my life and the tempura was incredibly tasteful. The service was incredible and very attentive. If you don't go there, you really miss something.

Great place with beautiful people and service, an amazing value for money! You can omakase for 2500 yen in dinner time, a la cart or a complete meal with Tempoura, chaw mushi, sashimi, sushi etc. For 5000 yen, this is what I took and I ended the night crazy full and satisfied. Definitely my place for sushi in Hiroshima.

Great food... A little gamble based on that there are relatively few reviews, but the sushi was of excellent quality and brilliant service round
