Sushikatsu - Hirosaki

The interior of the shop was very fresh and clean. I thought it was a restaurant specialized in seafood from the name of the shop, but the meat is very soft and the seasoning is just right! Meat and fish are also satisfied.

From start to finish this restaurant impressed and delighted me. The service was warm and friendly. The setting very comfortable. Ordered sashimi, Kaisen don and assorted sushi. Fresh and delicious. A cold beer at first and then a locally made Sake warm with the meal. Just perfect.
