Really cooler place and they have a lot of beer. the personal is friendly and they recommend the good witness.

A great local brewery with a restaurant on the second floor. they have their own farm and source local ingredients. the sausage, pizza, speck and other dishes are all handmade. Besides eating, the beer is award-winning and not to miss. one must visit for everyone in hirosaki.

Great place, just make sure you go on the weekend (Friday, sat, sun). They're only open for bittle takeout M-Th, learned that the hard way :-P. Great beer and even growler options for take-home!

Wasn't able to stay for a meal, just appetizers and a beer. Had the fries and beef jerky, both were excellent! The Gose beer was perfection. If you like a sour beer, I highly recommend it. We bought a growler of it to take home with us as well.
