Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Every time I visit, I remind myself not to expect much because they always get my order wrong, regardless of what I choose. The food is good, but the staff is unreliable.

It seems the signature sandwich didn't come with any sauce, and it featured strips instead of chicken breast. Were you disappointed? I ordered that for my wife.

We visited today to pick up a few take-out orders, and the hospitality was excellent. However, there was a bit of confusion with our order; the dipping sauce wasn't complete. Grill team, please pay attention to the ticket and ensure that the "nuclear" sauce is included when someone requests it. Unfortunately, my wing order was missing the nuclear sauce, and it seems the grill team provided the wrong sauce today.

I just wanted to say that my daughter of Zaxby's stopped and order me a salad with grill chicken with ranch and honey mustard dressing. I have to say it was the best salad I've eaten, and I'm looking forward to either eating or picking up an order from Zaxby's delicious meal menu. Thank you.

Disappointed! I understand the restaurant industry is suffering for employees or good ones if you have them, however try to take care of the customer please. Let them know when you are out of things they order before they pay, leave, and quickly return to only find out they just don't have it today and they put extra fries in instead. I know it's only coleslaw but it is one of the things I love about Zaxby's. The employee had no concern about customers experience. This is my 2nd time at this location, with a negative experience. Last time they didn't have 2 oz souffle containers so I could not get the sweet and spicy sauce for my chicken.
