Taco Bell - Hiram

The young staff at the drive-thru window were extremely rude and left customers waiting for over 15-20 minutes. When finally served, they asked customers to pull up despite ordering only three items. The employees and manager seemed disorganized and unhelpful. Overall, the service was lacking and the staff had a bad attitude. It is recommended to try the new Taco Bell at Stars and Stripes for fresher food and better hospitality.

We specifically asked to dine in, but were still given our food in bags. It would be helpful for this restaurant to invest in slotted spoons, as the tomatoes in our tacos and nachos were very watery, making the food soggy. We also had to ask for our drinks and cups, even though they were part of our order. I hope that tonight's experience was just a one-time issue with the food quality, and can be improved for future visits and customers. We are looking forward to coming back.

I HAD THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. THIS GIRL IN THE PICTURE NOT ONLY REFUSED TO FIX OUR ORDER BUT SLAMMED THE WINDOW IN MY WIFES FACE AND ON THE CASHIERS ARM. HEARD HER SAY SOME VERY UGLY THINGS ASWELL. WITH EVERYONE I KNOW IN THE COMMUNITY, IWOULD BE SURPRISED IF SHE STILL HAS HER FASTFOOD JOB NEXT WEEK. WARNING DOBNOT GO THERE AND DEAL WITH MCKAYLA PROB A FAKE NAMEBUT HERE SHE IS RIGHT HERE. CANT WAIT FOR CORPORATE TO OPEN TOMORROW!!! SICKENING BEHAVIOR!!!

My spicy potato burrito is hard! And my chalupas were cold. As well as my spicy potato burrito not having ANY nacho cheese sauce at all. I also asked for mild sauce and got none.

Marquese, the drive-thru worker, is doing a fantastic job! His customer service was exceptional and he has a positive and fun personality. Thanks to employees like him, this Taco Bell stands out and is more than just an ordinary fast food restaurant.
