I've been to this location as late as 8:40 PM without any issues before. Now, out of nowhere, they’re closing at 8:00 PM, even though Google shows that they close at 9:00 PM. I'm really disappointed.
I visit Starbucks every day, but today was a really frustrating experience. The staff on duty on July 11th charged me more than usual for my regular order and even messed it up. Since I come here daily, I would expect them to know the correct price.
The customer service at this location has really disappointed me! There’s a much better Starbucks just across the street. The only downside is that the line there can be quite long, but the better service makes it worth the wait! Here, the staff ignored us while we were in line, too caught up in their own conversations and laughter. It was very frustrating. I love shopping at Target for everything I need, but they really need to hire a more attentive team for the Starbucks.
I really like this Starbucks, but I think the cash register could use an upgrade. Also, I believe the employees deserve higher wages since they don't receive tips.
I was really disappointed that they didn't offer my favorite sweet cream cold foam or banana nut loaf. As a 15-year-old student, I rely on these treats to keep my energy up, and their absence definitely put a negative spin on my day.
