O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Hiram

I waited at the to go window for 10 mins and still didn’t get everything I ordered. So I go back in and talk to a different person who then leaves to get it and comes back and says “ oh I guess they didn’t tell you, we are out of so and so”No they didn’t tell me. So now another 10 min waiting so I can get what I didn’t order. Service here really needs to be better. Everything needs to be better. Now I remember why we never come here. Ridiculous.

Food to salty and after a 11/2 wait Food was served cold. No chardonnay wine on$5.oo night which I was unaware of. Only my 2nd time eating there. Once in 2014 and tonight. Want go back. Needs a recuse. ? I ordered too in ,but took home after 2hours. Got there at 6:15 and left at 8:30.Vegetarian options: Potatoes, green beans, salad, sweet potatoes, free pie on Wednesday nights.

Always under staffed. Our server did the minimum amount possible. Hostesess were audibly talking terribly about the restaurant and management. Will not be back. When is closes, can we get an Italian restaurant?

Horrible!! ? Don’t even want to give it 1 star, but u have to. Don’t waste ur money! Will not be eating here again!

The food definitely tasted good, but the portions were ridiculous!!! The spinach and artichoke dip was $10 and was about 6 bites and all chips. Our server was great and accommodated my child with his allergies and preferences.
