Mcdonald's - Hinton

I had a really disappointing experience at your restaurant. It didn't meet my expectations.

I really enjoy McDonald’s! The fries and nuggets are fantastic, and the staff is usually great! There’s plenty of parking available, and my sons absolutely LOVE the Happy Meals. We're excited for the upcoming Toy Story 4 event they have planned. If there’s ever an issue with our order, they quickly correct it without any fuss, which isn't always the case at other local restaurants. Overall, I've had positive experiences at the Hinton McDonald’s, and I definitely recommend it!

This McDonald's is very modern and has a café-like atmosphere. We visited early on Easter Sunday, and it was fully staffed and operational, which was a pleasant surprise. While they offer the usual McDonald's menu, the location is convenient—right on the main road. They also have a drive-thru, among other amenities. I was almost inclined to give it extra points for the modern and clean restrooms, but I ended up deducting a point because both toilets were clogged.

Super friendly cashier. She patiently took our large order and tried as best as she could to help us with ordering some.itrms that flashed across the TV screen but wasn't on the menu. Would highly recommend this McDonald for a quick fresh hot meal .

We usually don’t expect much from a McDonald's, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a great one here! The food was fresh, not greasy, and really tasty! If you're passing through New River Gorge and need a bite to eat, this place is a solid choice! The staff was friendly and prompt, providing excellent service. Plus, the drive along the river is beautiful!
