The Quarry And Lounge - HINGHAM

A group of four of us visited the Quarry for Sunday brunch, and it was my first time at this restaurant. The interior is beautifully decorated, but it was such a lovely day that we decided to eat outside. Dining al fresco felt like being in a stunning flower garden—absolutely spectacular! As I walked through the restaurant to the patio, I noticed that the ambiance, food, and service were all outstanding. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time, and I can't wait to return.

We visited The Quarry for the first time and were truly impressed. The restaurant itself is lovely, and the service was impeccable—definitely ask for Ryan! The food was outstanding as well. We kicked off our meal with the figs, which were spectacular. The risotto was flawless (and coming from a risotto enthusiast, that's high praise), and the scallops were equally delightful. We’ll definitely be returning frequently!

Everyone on the South Shore is familiar with the Shipyard and Hingham Square restaurants, and with good reason. However, we were thrilled to finally visit the Quarry Restaurant in South Hingham after quite some time to see how it has been doing under its new ownership. From the warm welcome at the entrance to the dining room, our evening turned out to be a wonderful experience for our group of six on a recent Saturday night. The menu offered a wide array of options, and each of us was thoroughly pleased with our choices. The Osso Buco and whole grilled snapper stood out as particularly tasty dishes. Our server was well-informed about the menu, including how each dish was prepared and the ingredients used, and he also made sure to mention that portions could be ordered in different sizes. He struck the perfect balance of being informative without being intrusive. Although the restaurant was busy that night, it wasn't excessively noisy. We can't wait to return soon!

As I walked through the restaurant to the outdoor terrace, I was impressed by the ambiance, the quality of the food, and the excellent service. It was the best experience I've had in a long time, and I can't wait to return.
