Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe service at this restaurant was awful. It was extremely crowded and the workers were focused on fulfilling online orders instead of helping customers in person. There were only two workers, and they were not properly managing the busy establishment. They were both preoccupied with tasks in the back and when they did come to the front, they were collaborating on one sandwich while customers waited impatiently. The workers kept forgetting customers' orders, causing further delays. The management needs to improve their training of the staff. I waited for nearly an hour just to reach the counter to order, only to find out they were out of the bread I desired.
The restaurant was extremely tidy and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.
I am not a fan of their subs. When it's late and I am tired of all other fast food places, I will stop in and get a cold cut or a meatball sandwich. It's close to my house. Friendly staff.
I found a Toe Nail in my sandwich... I am not kidding. I am trying to reach out to regional about this situation. Completely utterly disgusting!
This franchise as well as the others around this area. You need to listen to customers. You change things on the menu without doing any kind of poll. Then you want us to pay more. What I'm talking about for 1 the Chicken ,bacon,ranch. The lady went to put this chewy shredded chicken on ibstated that was the wrong kind. The lady working stated that they changed it. Grilled chicken is the proper choice for these subs. And what kind of Subway don't accept coupons. Just the ones around the Hinesville area I've been to.
