Dunkin' - Hinesville

I really enjoy this Dunkin' Donuts location! The donuts are always fresh and the service is courteous. I appreciate that the staff is mature and takes their job seriously. I've been to other Dunkin' locations where the donuts tasted strange and there were a lot of playful kids. I don't like it when young employees ignore me or mess around with my order. The Hinesville store is fantastic!

This Dunkin Donuts location is average, but has a convenient drive-thru. The food and coffee are just ok, with an excess of sugary syrups in the coffee. The service is good, although it can be slow at times. The staff is friendly and helpful, willing to address any customer complaints. The atmosphere is lacking, with bright white lighting that feels cold and unwelcoming. Overall, it's an average Dunkin Donuts, not the best but not the worst either.

The food is consistently undercooked and cold every time I visit this restaurant. This is the third occasion this month that my sandwich has been served this way. On the positive side, the drinks are enjoyable. The service is a bit slow, but it's understandable as the restaurant is often busy. They really need to improve the quality of their food.

I love the drive-through they are so cheerful in the morning when I come to get my coffeeThey are very popular since they are the only one in town so get there early on the weekend cause they go quickly the staff is very reasonable and understanding and help to help when they can. They do put there customers first and very hard works

Every time I come here my order is consistently wrong, my coffee is never filled, and it’s takes forever.
