I love the family friendly atmosphere and chatty waitstaff. the portions are large, what I suspect, justifying the higher end prices, but the dishes are missing a little fresh. I enjoyed my garnel, but was not blown away that it served with simple pita and kartoffel chips. there are so good Greek cuisine in the city, this place must be game, but in any case has the potential to do this.
This place has now moved to 290 Port Rd, Hindmarsh, arrived with the family of five and the place was busy i couldn't fault the service at all very efficient. Order skewered lamb chicken and prawns and everything was well done. Adelaide has plenty of Greek restaurants and its hard to rate this place its up with the rest but feel the menu needs to be a little refined every dish came out with chips which made food protons a lot. Great place for a large group to eat and drink those summer nights away
Closed! We were there before 9.30 Friday Night- The Kitchen was already cleaned and packed up- another 4 people were also turned away same time as us- how lazy is that.
My husband I love this place! Definitely our go-to for Greek food in the Western suburbs. Great food, great atmosphere, friendly staff and generous servings. Love the live entertainment bouzouki players too. The chicken souvlaki is the best we've ever had.
I like it there. Good solid Greek feast with a solid variety. Good family atmosphere especially with the addition of the bouzouki player. Pitas and dip were very nice. The platters are generous and have a bit to please everyone. The lamb shank was good and fall-of-the-bone-heaven, but light on flavour. But I'd happily pass on the chips. Need to be more golden, seasoned and even reinventing them with some oregano and chicken salt would be an easy way to fix this. However, the highlight was probably the squid, tasty, fresh and really nice when paired with their Greek salad- albeit even though it comes with capsicum???
