Mi Ranchito Taqueria - Hinckley

Tamales were so good! I had pork (red) and they had a perfect ratio masa to filling and not dry at all. So delicious! The people working were super nice too. This is a great place to stop on your way up north at the Hinckley exit. The interior needs some work but they just opened, so hopefully improvements come with more business.

The food was so delicious. I highly recommend this place.

The service was not good when I went there the owners were out of town. So I'll give them a little slack here. The food we ordered seem to taste OK but we did get very very sick from it. The owners need to stay on top of who they hire for help when they are gone.
