Sapalta - Himrod

The phenomenal service, the food and wine list was very unique and exciting. the atmosphere was one to die. they get the sense for a warm Homie feeling while enjoying a nice culinary experience. the personal was friendly and very professional. I was in many restaurants and hardly leave an evaluation. this place deserves a review. Get up!

Very pleasant atmosphere where we quickly welcome. all of the host, alex our waitress) were very accommodating. the eating was excellent small portions for my taste) and I must say the brandied cherry about the tiramisu was the life changed

While staying at Plumpointe Lodge we dined at Sapalta twice. Both dining experiences were just outstanding the staff especially Sara were so helpful and friendly. The food was as good as any we have experienced in several years and we travel and dine out a lot. hats off to the chef and each dish seemed to beat expectations. We will definitely be back on our future trips to FLX! Keep up the good work! Salud!

Waitress was wonderful. Disappointed that they ran out of chicken and it was the only thing my wife could eat. So she had a bowl of soup.
