Hilton Head Ice Cream

Delicious food, and they even have Lego fish in the store—what more could you ask for? I completely forgot to take a picture of the ice cream because I got so distracted and finished it too quickly!

I stopped by Hilton Head Ice Cream to ask where another office in the complex was and they were closed but a very nice man gave me a free sample and it was too good to explain. Then on my way out I couldn't find my car keys and I went back to their shop and he helped me look for them. I will definitely go back and bring the family. It's definitely worth the trip to their shop and the ice cream was incredibly great!I just read another review about this shop and a lady

Absolutely the best ice cream I've ever tasted. It's a bit hidden away, but easy to locate. When we arrived, it was relatively quiet with just a few customers. We took a seat outside at their patio tables, savoring our black cherry, cookie dough, and peanut butter chocolate chip ice cream. As we enjoyed our treats, more people began to show up, arriving by car (there's plenty of parking available) and by bike. By the time we left, the line stretched right through the store and out the door onto the sidewalk. I can honestly say it’s worth the wait. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Hands down, best ice cream on Hilton Head Island! I got two scoops in a waffle cone and wow, it didn't disappoint. I highly recommend the seasonal pumpkin and the salted caramel--a winning combo! This ice cream was super flavorful and a great creamy consistency--thick but not a chewy texture (like Frozen Moo). Only one staff member when they opened at 2 and she already had a line of 10+ people, yet was still friendly, didn't make people feel rushed, and gave great service.

The ice cream was fantastic! My only issue is that the staff seems to mix up the bowl sizes. If someone orders a medium cup, they should stick with that size. This would make checkout easier, as it can be confusing for the cashier to determine whether the order was a medium in a large cup. Let's keep it simple—just use the correct cup sizes. And please don't say it's to accommodate whipped cream; it just sits on top and doesn't take up much room. Aside from that, the ice cream is delicious, and the staff was friendly.
