Jose Joe's Burgers Burritos - Hilton

I just happened across this place while I was looking for places to eat on Google while I was leaving work one night. The staff are very kind (even remembered my name the third time I came through and always go above and beyond for me. One time I came in and ordered the wrong burger (my fault! But all I really wanted was the egg, lol) but Lisa and Kenny hooked me up, didn't even charge me extra! If you're looking for freshly made food that's delicious and wanna be treated like you're more than a customer, go here!! I am so happy I randomly tried this one night. Yet to find anything on the menu I don't love, salads are super yummy, burgers are great, burritos are delicious!! 10 outta 10... if I could rate that

Me and my wife ordered a steak burrito, at first I thought they just forgot to put onions and peppers in, tomatoes and lettuce.. to find out all of it was on the bottom. I called twice, the first time the girl said to just stop by they will remake it but to call ahead. When I called the second time to order the replacement burrito, she took my name and number down said a manager would call back after dinner rush.... I am extremely disappointed in the service and quality of food,portions are way smaller etc compare to what it was a year ago.

Overall great experience. Happy people. What??!! Food was super tasty with something for everyone. Salsas, meats, RICE. ALL exceeded my expectations. Think upscale taco bell/ burger King

We visit the Hilton location. Steadily over the last 3 years it’s gone downhill. Portions get smaller and smaller. We asked for a side of large guac and they gave us this. It was 75% tomatoes. Disappointing when you compare it to how it used to be.

You ever get food and it’s so good you decide to write a review? me too. everything about this take out order was flawless and perfectly executed. the girl sophie on the phone was so bubbly and polite it cheered ME up. not only was the customer service impeccable, the food was to die for. I got the garbage plate because i decided i’d try something new and wanted to watch a movie while eating, the food was so good i barely watched the movie. The perfectly spicy meat sauce combined with the creaminess of the mac salad made a literal angelic duo. This food was so good and the burgers were perfectly cooked, only suggestion would be a tad more smashed potatoes but that’s not even a negative because this food is so good. worth every penny. i’m gonna write an email to google to see if i can rate this place 6/5 stars because you seriously cannot beat the seamless customer service, delicious food and good price.
