Starbucks Coffee - Hilo

Barista spilled one third of my chocolate in the sink to add more whipped cream instead of already ordered coffee whipped cream, and same with latte, which lacked an inch in height as she said it 's all extra if you want it to be taller than cup . First time ever. Very strange lady. And quite rude.

Went here after Walmart. Apparently, Hawaii doesn't have Blonde Espresso Shots anywhere in the state, which is disappointing ????, not just Starbucks Locations. Got a mug and they still had some seasonal Christmas ????items ,cranberry bliss bar. They were also out of Peach ???? Tranquility Tea, which is something that has plagued Starbucks locations in many states due to COVID. Enjoyed the visit and glad they were open on New Years Eve after 2100 hours.

Had a rough morning. Sent my order to the wrong location. These 2 ladies, were gracious and made my order while calling the other location to cancel on their end. On top of that, on my way out, one of the drinks I ordered slipped out of my hand bursting open. They told me not to worry about it and they made me another drink. A rough morning turned into a blessing as it reminded me there are still kind hearted people in this world today. Mahalo to the 2 ladies at Starbucks.

It was very welling from their employees their customer service are very friendly there restaurants are very clean their prices are so awesome they have free wifi they have dinning in or take out bring your children and family and friends talk stories

Your typical Starbucks. Same drinks, higher prices (island or inflation? , but with an island influence. The first time I came in here it was around Christmas after I moved here I completely forgot until stepping inside seeing that usual Starbucks holiday spirit! ???? It's like an eternal Summer here, so I kept forgetting the time of year!
