Starbucks - Hilo

Your typical starbucks. Same drinks, higher prices (inland or inflation rate, but with an influence on the island. The first time I came in here was Christmas after I moved here, I forgot until I went inside and saw the usual Starbucks holiday spirit! It's like an eternal summer here, so I forget the time of the year!

Had a tough morning. I sent my order to the wrong place. These 2 ladies, were gracious and made my order during the call of the other place to cancel at the end. In addition, on my way out, one of the drinks I ordered slipped out of my hand. They told me not to worry, and they made me a drink. A rough morning turned into a blessing as he reminded me that there are still friendly people in this world today. Mahalo to the two ladies at Starbucks.

We were here to Walmart. Apparently, Hawaii has no blonde espresso shots somewhere in the state, which is disappointing, not only Starbucks locations. Got a cup and they still had some seasonal Christmas items, cranberry bliss bar. They were also from Peach Tranquility Tea, which is something Starbuck's locations in many states have been plagued by COVID. Enjoy the visit and glad they were opened after 2100 hours at the New Year's Eve.

Magnificent and friendly staff. Music in the background can sometimes be a little loud for business talks. Walk-in orders can be a little time, so Dine-in or mobile orders are ideal.
