Jasmine from Heartbeet Catering was the perfect choice for our special event! I was so proud to serve our guests with her delicious meals. She paid close attention to all our requests, was flexible with the menu options, and worked with us to create a perfect meal within our budget. We had a double wedding and she prepared two beautiful buffets, two custom cakes, and received many compliments. My favorite dishes of the night were the short ribs, purple sweet potatoes, and ginger-spiced dishes. Eating was a top priority for the night, and Jasmine delivered with amazing flavor and presentation. I highly recommend Jasmine and her friendly team for any catering needs. Jasmine and her team prepared delectable dishes for our intimate rehearsal dinner! Every dish, from the appetizers to the main courses to dessert, was absolutely fantastic. Some of the best food I've ever tasted. All of my guests raved about it as well. I was initially hesitant to book a caterer without sampling their food first, so this review is meant to encourage others to do the same - you won't be disappointed!

Jasmine and her team have created pure magic for our special occasion! We were absolutely thrilled with our luxurious meal for our guests of honor, starting from the appetizers, salads, and our delicious main course of ahi tuna. It was important to us that the food was not just “good for a wedding”, but truly delicious and memorable for our guests. The portions were generous and every bite was delightful. Everything I can say is wow! jasmine and their team are exceptional. from the first question over 2 years ago, through the pandemic and finally, during our event I have never experienced such professionalism, dedication and quality as I did by this team. They captivate the love for any meal they create and honestly made our retreat areas an incredibly powerful experience for all participants. they were flexible when we had to change the date, they were adaptable when the house was missing from certain equipment and supplies, and especially they were part of our family. I recommend heartbeet catering for an event on the big island!

Such AMAZING food. Wow. Jasmine and her team prepared healthy and delicious food for our retreat. The whole group looked forward to each meal and we all raved about everything we ate. Quite a few people tried food that they may not have enjoyed in the past; clean plates and happy bellies all around! While there were some dietary restrictions in the group, I would never have known gluten-free, dairy-free never tasted so good!
