Smoothies and Açaí Bowls are great! I go here too much but it is so good!

I've been about 4 times. The food is good. They can take quite a while to get to your order if you order inside. My main issues is how unclean it was every single time. The tables and floors were just always dirty and we always wanted to dine in, but maybe they cater more for those who just want to pick up the food. We mentioned to them the uncleanness but no one did anything so we just ate un the car.

SO GOOD EVERY TIME! I tried their Caprese Toast an Açaí bowl for the first time yesterday, and ordered the same thing again today- it was that good! Will be going back weekly! The staff are so sweet my order has been ready right on time (I ordered ahead pickup). Amazing experience!

I called my order in at 8:15 tonight, I was told it would be ready in 17 minutes; it is now 8:55 and I still do not have my one bowl. I’m watching one guy sweep and another employee prepping for close, and the other one is busy taking orders. There is no sense of urgency nor the decency to give an update on what’s going on with my order; it took for me to say something before anyone began working on my bowl. This is my third time this month with this experience and I’ve tried not to leave a bad review but at this point it’s bad business . $17 for one bowl and this type of customer service and quality?!? The young lady that fixed my bowl did apologize for the long wait but still, this is unacceptable.

I didn’t think it was possible to wait 30 mins for a smoothie but there I was patiently waiting for my name to be called as the people who ordered after me were receiving their bowls and smoothies before me. I finally decided to say something because I was the only customer there and the employees were talking amongst themselves paying me no attention. They said “oh I didn’t realize we hadn’t given you yours yet” well I was the last remaining customer so you’d think that one of them would ask me if I needed something. I’m really not one to complain when it comes to service industry but this is just INSANE. The fact that I had to pay a mind boggling $9.40 for a chunky smoothie that I had to wait 30 minutes for??! Never coming back. Waste of time and money.
