I was in the drive thru and the cashier, Ava was really cordial, polite and professional, very helpful and prompt. Pleasant to talk to and I will definitely be coming back to this location.
Horrible experience won't see me again! Ordered online for drive thru only have a 30 min lunch break. Got to drive thru car in front of me about a 5 minute wait know my turn I wait another 5 minutes until can I help you. I gentleman I have a mobile order under my name he tells me to pull up to the window. Theirs to cars still in front of me get to window guy come to window with food stuffed in his mouth. This is the good part tell him I have mobile order he gives me my drink and tells me to pull up to front door. I politely ask is it going to be another 5 mins he tells me we're busy do I want his shirt and come in to help lol really. O pull up to front wait another 5 mins. Remember I've only have a 30 minute lunch break. I decided to good in and ask for a raincheck guy come around corner here you go big dog. I ask him why would you speak to me at window like that he turned around and walked away. Poor customer service will be calling their cooperation number. I've never been so disrespected in my lift. Folks bad service stay away.
Couldn't understand them when they talked and it was cold food
I was quite disappointed at my trip to Burger king. Service was slow in the location was tired, but that doesn't surprise me with that chain. Eating their over 50 times, so I know what to expect. I'll try again but it'll be a few years
I usually don't get fast food, but I was really hungry. Good and tasty, fast service. The onion rings were perfect.
