35 Below Boba Tea Rolled Ice Cream Of New Tampa

The whole experience was a three.. it cost 6 for the drink and another dollar for boba..They were good drinks, I've had better, but I wouldn't think negatively if it weren't so expensive.Also, the place didn't seem that clean..

The good- my rolled ice cream was great (I got green tea with coconut and Nutella and the staff member working was very courteous and good at her job.But, and I *hate* leaving bad reviews, this place was depressing. I'd love to love it, but I can't go back. It needs a total overhaul. It was hot and stale inside and I would have preferred to sit outside (in FL in July . Half the ceiling lights were out or dim. The music was grating. Their signage needs to all be redone. First, they have no sign outside at all. Then the front is covered with terrible looking printer paper signs. The hours were weirdly half scraped off. The menu is thoroughly and poorly marked through from items no longer carried and price changes. (And then they were out of stock of a lot more items. The posters inside are so faded they look 20 years old. Then the decor. The tables and chairs don't match and don't feel clean. The art is so old and mismatched. There was a dead empty cooler just sitting at the front. The paper napkins were like random extra ones you collect from take out at your house- they were all different. (Some like paper towels, some white square, some brown, etc . Some of the menu items were randomly on a TV screen with typing errors and no prices. Then there was another dead tv.... Ugh.....Seriously this area is ideal for a boba tea and ice cream place, and the ice cream was so good, but I don't understand how a business gets by like this. Broke my heart. Please, if there is a renovation, post about it and I'll remove my bad review!!!

The ice cream is good, not great. It’s a novelty to have rolled ice cream. There were 6 of us and one person making one order at a time while the owner sat and played a video game. The first person was finished eating before the last order was started. It’s more fun to sit as a family and enjoy our treat together.

Best rolled ice cream! Service is great. The workers are super kind and the owner is very down to earth. Love the peach slush! Y’all have to try this!

I little less tea flavor then I was used to but good flavors otherwise and nice clean place. About $6 a drink though which is on the pricier side
