This wendys was worst ever. We tried to go in and door sign had dining hours 830am-10pm but both doors were locked at 1pm. Didnt get what we ordered line in drive thru was too long so 2 of us didnt get food. Very simple order no modifcations just ordered numbers with no drinks. I know public service is challenging however when you are paid to do a job how about just do it, i don't want to hear your personal issues, if staff was focused on our order and not herself you would make less mistakes! Sorry wendys you arenot on our stops any more
As of recently service has fallen off, I would visit Wendy's at least three times a week. It started off with items missing like sauces, and then burgers, but the picture below takes the cake. And when it was taken back they just made a new salad as if I would want to eat more of this contaminated food. I did contact the health department to share this information and they said that all of the salad should have been discarded. We cant control all of what goes in our food, but if someone is making a salad by hand, and adding chicken, tomatoes, and cheese then this should have been spotted. Please do better Wendy's!!
The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional, with a very friendly staff. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the food is served warm and fresh.
Whoever that girl is who was working the drive though around 2pm on today 08/05 get her off the drive thur and don?t ever put her on it again. If she isn?t happy about her job in Customer Service she needs to find another job not in Customer Service. She was horrible and nasty and it took everything in my not address her attitude, and then ask for her supervisor. The lastthing she when I was about to pull off was, ?I?m not in the mood for this??I almost told her to go home then. Her job iscustomer facing and being rude to customers that patronize her paycheck we don?t want to experience!?I needed Straws for the 3value meals that I purchased I didn?t even ask because her attitude was going to cause my attitude to rise up. It was just bestthat I left. Ok I?m done now!
