After it was delivered, I called to let them know long story briefly spoke to the anger and should get 50% of my next order. I have placed an order on the app today and asked to let them know that I should get 50% of this order. The employee I talked to, he saw it and had to change the manager to the price. The manger said he didn't see anything in the computer and there was nothing they could do. And was just rude about it. So I told them to keep the order that I just made and will order NIE papa John's again!!! Until they can train properly in customer service!!!!
Order pizza 6:40 and was told 20 minutes to pick up. Get at 7:15 a.m. place to store and I don't say pizza ready. I was charged, and after they accused me, the pizza is not ready. Under certain circumstances are hard, but 35 minutes is more than enough time.
Had a really bad experience, the people who supply the pizza stopped at the wrong house we saw them. Then I called the Papa jokes they told me he was in my house. Then I'll talk to the manager who was rude and told me she believes her driver and not me.

Zero stars should be an option. Ordered delivery to my house last Thursday (3 days ago). Pizza delivered, $8 tip to driver, pepperoni jalapeño pizza had no pepperoni. ?. Called tonight to order pizza (we?re finally moving into our house) and place the order, paid by card over the phone $45. Fifteen minutes later they call to say we?re out of the delivery area. When we asked for a refund, since we?re not getting pizza now, they said it would be THREE DAYS before the refund goes through. Ended up ordering and picking up better pizza from Dominoes for $25 (same exact order). Won?t be back to Papa Johns.
