The food was delicious and the service was great. The chef knew how to make the sandwiches just right. My kids didn't have any complaints either. Nothing fell apart or was missing. Everything was perfect!

I went to the subway about 630 clock on Saturday 1/8- I bought two foot long sandwiches. my sandwich was the best tasting sandwich I've been getting from subway for a long time. it was so good! the sandwich man made me the BEST sandwich! 20 years ago I worked on a subway, and my own sandwiches never tasted so good! thanks subway!

I wanted to give this restaurant five stars, as someone who works in customer service in the food industry myself. However, after winning some free sandwich coupons in a Christmas raffle, my son went to redeem them one evening and was told that they keep files on their redeemable coupons. Despite spending money out of my own pocket to feed my large family, we were made to feel like redeeming our prize was not good enough. As a manager at a well-known fast food place in Litchfield, Illinois, I work with customers every day and the service we received, as well as the attitude when I called in, was unacceptable. It's hard to believe.

The customer service was excellent. The food was fresh and tasty. The tea was good. I will definitely be visiting again.
