Cornelius Pass Roadhouse - Hillsboro

I enjoy spending time here with friends, family, and the staff. This place has a rich history, having once been owned by someone from the Kingdom of Fife. It's a fantastic spot for gatherings of all sizes.

I attended the Whiskey Ramble event for Whiskey Club members and enjoyed some delightful snacks paired with liqueur tastings. We had a great conversation with Bart, the Head Distiller at CPR. Thank you for all the insights!

This little jewel is definitely worth checking out! It has the classic McMenamins aesthetic ie eclectic, vintage, and whimsical. The restaurant is huge and heated with a few huge wood stoves, so it has this delicious smokey oak smell. Good menu selection, some vegan options. Sweet estate to talk with beautiful natural landscapes. You have a separate shed (bar), where you can get drinks and cigars to smoke outside from the fireplace. Huge parking with many cameras. Very recommended if you are in the area.

A great spacious local spot to get some good drinks and snacks. It's been awhile since I came here, but wanted to check out the White Shed. It's a little shed that has a great selection of bourbons. You can also order food and eat it next to the fire pit. The tots are always good and generous in portion. The pizza was pretty good, especially when you are sitting outside next to the fire. The bartender was great and friendly. She made sure we got everything we needed.

Nice attitude! The sweet potato salad was very disappointing. Since I knew it has very few pieces of sweet potato I ordered extra. All extra was hard and uncooked. I don't care about the staff.
