This is the best spot for bubble tea! The ladies here are incredibly warm and welcoming, and they wear masks for safety. I absolutely love the green tea matcha, Thai tea, vanilla chai, and taro flavors. I usually order mine blended, but they also offer hot and iced options. I’m not a fan of boba, but it’s no problem to order without it. The service is great, even on busy days, so it's definitely worth the wait. Give them a try today!

I enjoyed the bubble tea; both the taro and rose milk flavors were good with adjustments to the ice and sweetness levels. However, the service was quite slow since there was only one lady taking orders and making the drinks. There is no seating available; you actually stand on the pavement to place your order, as the entrance has been closed off with a table.
