Yum Sing - Hillingdon

I ordered and paid for sweet and sour king prawn balls but he delivery rider was given sweet and sour chicken balls instead. I contacted the restaurant to point out their error. I was told that the items would be replaced in ten minutes. Thirty minutes later, I'm still waiting. I would not be placing another there again.

Sweet and sour chicken was 2/3 hard, tough and unfortunately inedible. Disappointed

Order placed at 18:35. Website said food delivered between 19:10 19:30. Website said food arrived at 19:30. Called the restaurant who said to keep waiting. Cold food actually arrived at 20:00

Restaurant got my order wrong, but sent the correct order without delay and within 20 minutes

The food was yummy and I ordered again from them. The food arrived hot and on time.
