Water Palace - Hillingdon

This is without a doubt the best Chinese-Asian Thai restaurant I have ever visited. The food is incredible, with unique dishes such as the Deep Fried Stuffed Scallop with Minced Squid, which has become one of my favorites. While it may not be considered cheap, I wouldn't say it's expensive either. I typically spend a bit more than I planned for each meal, but it's completely worth it. The restaurant is also stunning, featuring a waterfall, pond with Carp, and a beautiful wall fishtank filled with tropical fish.

In my opinion, the best Chinese restaurant in London is this place, and I am Chinese myself. The quality of the food here is top-notch. They offer dishes that cater to both English palates and traditional Chinese cuisine, making it a favorite among all types of diners. It's always a pleasure to dine at a restaurant where the owner and staff are passionate about the food they serve, ensuring a delightful experience every time.
